- Is there a size limit to the project to hire The PDI Company?
Our goal is to provide professional and trusted third party PDI’s for all your projects. This could range from 3 - 20 PDIs per day, 5 days a week . We can work as your sole PDI provider or directly with your on-site staff to help handle overload. - How are PDIs recorded?
We work with a variety of industry software, and are familiar with most, thus allowing our staff to quickly adapt to any software you may be using. - Do you have your own software?
Our PDI's are electronically recorded and emailed. However, it would be next to impossible to for us to carry software with all of your company needs and trade specific information. Short answer is no, but we would be happy to recommend some of our favorite software contacts. - Do you schedule and if so, how do you schedule PDIs?
We offer the option of us scheduling the PDIs based on construction timelines, or we will work with your customer service teams' scheduled PDIs. - Do you do follow up service?
While we do not provide after sales service, we do follow up by providing trade assignment along with verbal reiteration of recorded PDI notes, as software allows.
